I’m in the process of writing my resume and I have internship experience. I was wondering if I put it in the resume just like a regular work experience. Also, should I put it above my current job or underneath it because it’s over (I did the internship while working my regular job).

There isn’t one right way to write a resume (there are a lot of wrong ways!), so it really depends on how you’re planning on organizing your resume. You can organize everything chronologically (which would put your internship below your current job), break things up into "Relevant Experience" and "Additional Experience," or even sort things by skills or positive personal attributes. Whatever proves to be the most effective vehicle for your experience is the best structure for your resume.
As for your internship, definitely include it as work experience, but also make sure to highlight that it was an internship. Here is a Monster.com article about creating resumes:
