The TASA National Executive Board approached the Ministry of Finance, to obtain a directive regarding VAT on services rendered outside Namibia.

It is with great sadness that this website reports the passing, early on August 5th, of one of Namibian journalism’s favourite and most erudite sons. Hannes Smith, known universally as Smithie;

The owner of The Namibia Experience, ever needful of the best possible satellite telephone and internet connections and service delivery at his remotely stationed office in the middle of the Namib Desert, shows hereunder his gratitude in a written missive to senior Telecom Namibia staff for their continued efforts to provide just that.
