This is my first water fast although I have done a master cleanse and juice feasting in the past. When I break my 30 day fast I will do three days of orange juice and watermelon, four days of juicy fruits, and then following with the 80-10-10 lifestyle (raw vegan foods – high fruit, some veggies and nuts).

I have researched this topic extensively but I am not an expert. Any and all comments, suggestions, opposing views are welcome. Please ask any questions and if I don’t know the answer I will find it. If you express opposing views please have proof/source to back it up preferably from a doctor as I have links below outlining the benefits of fasting by doctors.
