The 1st time I …
The 1st time I listened ..I had a great day.
The 2nd time I tried to pin-point and examine when that gush and wave of emotion came over me..I noticed 1/2 way thru when we were meditating together, I felt like I was in a familiar place where I was breathing right next to everyone else..it felt really good when I was in it. I thought I could explain better after, but now words don’t seem to do it justice..
