Things like : *a horse riding trip *hot air balloon ride with breakfast *laser skirmish session with some friends You could also suggest taking your daughter and a couple of her closest friends out to a fancy restaurant to celebrate. Get them all to dress up in their formal gear, get a limo and meet them there.
