    @robbypyn No,because like everybody experiences the life with a different way,so it will be in the next world.The way you live this life,will be the same with the next.And all people no matter of their religion,do beleive in the life after death.

    Pretty light!!!!! hehehehe.. I don’t even deserve to be in heaven.. I am a sinner and God hates sin.. But yet he will love us regardless and wants us to go to heaven.. God is real and eternal and is everything…

    @robbypyn :-D You sound like you know what your’re talking about but; you don’t. Many cultures have reports about neardeath and actual death experiences then waking up again. Like our culture, Greenland. We have many ancient stories about dying and waking up again. Many of them mentions that there are two places to go and both places are good. I guess for a good man is a good place good and, for a bad man a bad place is good. :-D You need to study more to so you have evidence in your comments

    @robbypyn I don’t think I have ever heard of a culture or tribe that did not or does not believe in spirits or an after life. But I could be wrong.

    Friend me up, and perhaps you can explain in more detail.

  6. Kostly Says:

    @Phage0070 I don’t …
    @Phage0070 I don’t really think it matters why we live moral and ethical lives. Concsiousness is what drives this. The great philosophers throughout our history have shaped human conciousness in lasting ways. Obviously, I believe in God’s conciousness as a foundation for our conciousness. Science is exploring God’s conciousness and is also the best way to find truth. There is so much to discuss here, it’s impossible to properly convey the idea in such small spaces.

  7. Phage0070 Says:

    @Kostly
    Do you …

    @Kostly
    Do you truly think that the only thing that keeps your behavior moral is the fear of consequences from a magic being after your death? If that is what it takes to keep you moral, then I am all for you retaining your religion. I just think most people can do better. There are plenty of atheists or even members of faiths that don’t believe in an afterlife or after-death consequences that manage to behave morally.

  8. Kostly Says:

    @Zanarkland19 There …
    @Zanarkland19 There would be none. You can behave morally, ethically and true to yourself. Without the afterlife, there is no reason other than legacy. And legacy is ego driven. You should not be ego driven at all. IMO. If you are ego driven, I think that, you live an artificial life.

    @blueyourmom123 Of course, I love playing devil’s advocate. I’m not really sure about the details of being “medically dead” but as far as I know people can’t come back to life. So was she really dead? I don’t think so.

  10. blueyourmom123 Says:

    @omgcowshaveudders …
    @omgcowshaveudders Isnt the only way of having a NDE to actually be declared medically dead. I do think you bring up a good point when you said consciousness may not exist without the senses of the brain. Just thought i’d play devils advocate with ya.

  11. omgcowshaveudders Says:

    @blueyourmom123 but …
    @blueyourmom123 but she said she felt pure perfection, which contradicts the feeling of worry. If she was still feeling human feeling, was she really dead? I never said I know that, but you can’t know that a consciousness exists outside the body either. What I’m trying to say is that there is no evidence that consciousness can exist without senses and the brain. The woman was obviously still alive. Even the title says “Near Death Experience.” And if she was alive, her brain was too.

  12. blueyourmom123 Says:

    @omgcowshaveudders …
    @omgcowshaveudders and you know this how? Worry, fear, love, anger are all part of our consciousness. Something that many believe is the part of us our energy that lives beyond the physical. She may have still been feeling a very human feeling.

    @oChairmano :: Life after death, NDEs are not religious experiences. They can be, depending on the experiencer, but mainly are natural experiences that we all eventually will experience.

    I would just like …
    I would just like to say that this is not proof, they are testimonies, which are untestable. I don’t doubt that these people think that they were with God, but it’s likely they were hallucinations as a product of a malfunctioning brain. Also, if the lady was greeted by perfection (heaven is implied), then she wouldn’t be able to have worried thoughts about her child. If there were a such thing as perfection, worrying would not be a part of it.

  19. oChairmano Says:

    Why do these people …
    Why do these people not even mention God once? Are they Christians?

    @forestloves i had a look and from what iv seen on the site it says jeffery long is a radiation oncologist (cancer specialist) so he isnt a trained specialist in neurology, or psychology.. also i didnt see any references on the site that his research is peer reviewed, so i must remain a sceptic from what iv seen so far.

    @iouakick Well all the criteria you asked for have been fulfilled. Google the book “Evidence of the Afterlife: The Science of Near-Death Experiences” by Jeffrey Long.

  22. iouakick Says:

    @forestloves it …
    @forestloves it only proves that the brains of the people in this video, under near death stress produce the same responses. Plus i would be interested to see what other people have had as near death experiences to see if they all see the same thing as apposed to just the few people represented here, also if people from different religions and people that dont believe in the afterlife also have the same experience, then you can start to build a case for it, but as it stands im not convinced.

    @naplopd Well, the Scandinavian countries (where I live) has a culture that to a very large extent is atheistic and don’t believe in an afterlife. I doubt there are more hardcore materialistic cultures out there, actually.

    Although I’m not at all like that, I’m a very spiritual person and embrace these experiences very much for what they claim to be.

    @Guard655

    The belief in higher deity is the only reason you are alive right now. Whether or not a “god” exists, If you’re ancestors hadn’t believed then the entire time space continuum would’ve changed and you may have never been born.

    Also do you really not like the idea of seeing all your dead love ones? Do you enjoy the idea of nothing happening after you die?

    Just because you don’t believe in god doesnt make him any less real (if he is).

    BTW Im an agnostic
