@twistedbydsign99 …
@twistedbydsign99 I don’t think that that is why he is pausing. A lot of “ducking” is being used on the audio signal. Meaning: if somebody isn’t talking loud and clear, the compression ducks down the signal, so there is no hiss of silence.
He might just be pausing to choose his words.

the pendulum will …
the pendulum will shift and once again (obnoxious evil laugh), the employee will have the ball in their court.
stef, i just took a $10/hr job and yes you are correct regarding the perceived term of employment from an employers perspective of those educated, skilled, etc. but i’m sure we’ll see those downgrading to entry level jobs either stick with and grow or become frustrated due to a sandwiching effect from the skilled and unskilled. just voicing an opinion from observation

I hate interviews, …
I hate interviews, not because they make me nervous, but because most interviewers don’t have a clue as to who and what they are hiring for anymore (ie: human ressources dept’s). Most managers don’t hire and interview anymore, they outsource that stuff to HR.

Stefbot you’re …
Stefbot you’re definetly a perfectionist. I was amazed at the amount of great points you brought up. I’ll try to apply some of this stuff in my later life. I’m not sure whether you’ve already done this, but I think a video on giving presentations would be great.
