I need to know for the present tense and past tense. Thanks!

I would avoid using verbs in either first or third person; try to stick to adjectives like "responsable por" or nouns like "administración de medicamentos".

It might very well be worth your while to pay a professional translator to produce an impressive standard CV that you could adapt for many different job applications. Make sure they give it to you as a Word document, not just a hard copy.

   It’s the same as in english. You use the third person, like, "was responsible for" or "responsibilties included." You don’t use the first person in CV’s, any language, only in the cover letter.
