I have some tutoring experience that i’d like to put on my resume. I want to write what I accomplished by it and why it makes me special or whatever… I definitely improved the students grades and motivated them to study harder, be more punctual, responsible, career driven, etc… I’d like someone to help me summarize these points in one nice sentence so I can put it as one of my bullet points on my resume.

Your resume is not the place to describe how being a tutor makes you feel all warm and fuzzy on the inside. Stick to factual information. List your title (tutor), place of work, approximate hours per week, number of students and subject(s) you tutored.
