**Finally I got this video to upload…I have had difficulty rendering the video for about a week or so…

In this video I go over my experience with this app.

This app basically learns your personal sleep cycle based on movement, then wakes you up at the most convenient time for your body.

**This app is not meant for iPod users, BUT you should really watch the whole video. I have used this on my iPod touch..and it works fine for me.
